Kirei – The buyer
Based in Mont-Saint-Guibert (Belgium), KIREI oversees the operations of its subsidiaries Clean Power and Eden Services, which specialize in professional surface cleaning. Present on the Belgian market since 1995, the group will achieve sales of €25 million in 2023 and employs over 240 people.
Global Maintenance Industries – The target
GLOBAL MAINTENANCE INDUSTRIES specializes in the cleaning of industrial surfaces, particularly in the pharmaceutical, industrial and defense sectors. Based in Wandre (Belgium) since 2004, the company has a team of 55 employees and sales of €5.1 million.
