This session is aimed at SME leaders who are thinking about a sale, an acquisition or a change of ownership in the short to medium term, without necessarily wanting to launch a full process right now. The goal is to clarify your situation, explore possible scenarios and assess their implications — all in strict confidence.

Format
Individual and strictly confidential session, structured around an initial conversation, a period of analysis on our side, followed by a final flollow-up meeting. The meetings take place by videoconference or at our offices in Capellen, depending on your preference.
Fees
Fixed fee: 1.500 € HT
Organisation
After payment, the calendar is opened to schedule the first conversation according to your availability. The final follow-up meeting is then organised by mutual agreement, within a maximum of 15 days after the initial discussion, allowing sufficient time for analysis between the two discussions.

The analyses carried out as part of this session are intentionally targeted and proportionate to the objective of helping you take a step back and make decisions.
This session does not constitute an exhaustive valuation or the preparation of a detailed business plan. It is designed to provide order-of-magnitude estimates and a strategic perspective based on available information, including the analysis of financial statements, company-specific elements and your objectives.
Documents analysed
The documents to be provided are defined at the end of the first meeting. In most cases, we will ask you to share the trial balances for the last three financial years, ideally in Excel format.
